About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with field sales and clinical teams as a resource in markets
- Execute sales activities and lead in-service activities
- Support expansion and growth within the Sedation Management business
- Manage individual quota responsibility while supporting initiatives with assigned sales representatives
- Enable more selling time through sales activities and sales support within a key customer base
- Assist with or lead in-service activities for disposables and/or hardware
- Install necessary equipment and hardware and perform functional and safety tests
- Introduce and collaborate with customers as needed
- Drive expansion of ACM products within the territory
- Coordinate with the sales team and internal stakeholders
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and increased utilization
- Support conversions and sales efforts outside the region as needed
- Conduct product introductions and demos for staff and clinicians
- Perform inventory balancing at site and warehouse levels
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate’s degree with 2 years, or Bachelor’s degree with 0 years
- Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related work in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- Must live or be able to relocate within 50 miles of Dallas/Fort Worth
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 1–3 years’ previous field sales experience preferred
- Prior medical device, business-to-business, or pharmaceutical sales experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- Introductory knowledge of company products and services
- Demonstrable, consistent success in previous roles
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building ability
- Understanding of vendor, distributor, and hospital supply chain management
- Willingness to travel for extended conversion periods
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective persuasion skills
- Ability to meet hospital or clinic credentialing requirements
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level
- For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) requirements
