Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze, clean, transform, and model complex clinical and real-world datasets
  • Apply advanced statistical techniques for forecasting, prediction, classification, and decision-making
  • Analyze clinical studies, registries, claims databases, EHRs, publications, and other real-world data sources
  • Translate clinical, regulatory, and business questions into scalable analytical solutions
  • Design, build, and maintain predictive models, analytics workflows, and decision-support tools
  • Apply AI and machine learning to accelerate data discovery and automate analyses
  • Develop, validate, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models
  • Integrate repeatable data science solutions into enterprise platforms, workflows, and business processes
  • Evaluate emerging AI and advanced analytics technologies
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations
  • Integrate external data sources with internal datasets
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Partner with Clinical Research, Regulatory, Health Economics & Reimbursement, Marketing, R&D, and IT teams
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute high-value analytics initiatives
  • Influence evidence-generation strategies through analytics expertise and thought leadership
  • Serve as a data science, AI, machine learning, and real-world evidence subject matter expert
  • Mentor stakeholders on data-driven decision-making and analytics best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, OR an advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience
  • Expertise in data science, statistics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning
  • Experience in medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries
  • Strong understanding of clinical research, clinical trials, and real-world evidence
  • Knowledge of patient-reported outcomes and patient-centered evidence generation
  • Ability to translate complex analyses into clear strategic recommendations
  • Experience building scalable analytics capabilities, frameworks, and data-driven solutions
  • Strong business acumen connecting insights to clinical, regulatory, reimbursement, and commercial outcomes
  • Strong proficiency in Python and/or R
  • Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling
  • Ability to incorporate AI-driven tools and automation into analytical workflows
  • Experience developing, validating, and presenting predictive and prescriptive machine learning models
  • Expertise in data visualization and dashboards
  • Understanding of machine learning and statistical inference
  • Familiarity with synthetic data generation, simulation modeling, or digital twin technologies is a plus
  • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment for roles below Principal level; sponsorship is offered exclusively for Principal-level roles and above
