About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement and pilot organizational strategy aligned with broader launch and therapy objectives
  • Lead clinical data and program planning discussions with administrators and physician stakeholders
  • Identify key stakeholders and build partnerships with cardiologists, hypertension specialists, healthcare professionals, and hospital executives
  • Understand customer needs and recommend approved hypertension and customer program initiatives
  • Use RDN customer relationship management software to input and track activity for quarterly productivity reporting
  • Oversee and manage pilot and therapy awareness activities within the local budget
  • Collaborate with sales, clinical, reimbursement, and marketing teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Develop understanding of hypertension awareness initiatives, customer programs, materials, data, and resources
  • Partner on customer expansion strategies and opportunities to reach new physicians
  • Support a collaborative, customer-oriented, ethical, and execution-focused team culture
  • Participate in targeted association and society events
  • Maintain compliance, administrative, and expense requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in marketing, program or market development, sales, or sales support; or advanced degree and 8+ years of experience
  • MBA or Master's in Business, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or Life Science preferred
  • Healthcare marketing or consultative selling experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals highly desired
  • Experience in a hospital cardiovascular setting, such as Cath Lab, CV program coordination, or CV program leadership
  • Experience developing a new market, including tactic implementation, execution, and performance tracking
  • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
  • Must reside within the Michigan territory
  • Valid driver's license essential
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level
  • Compliance with hospital or clinic credentialing requirements for patient-facing field work
