About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs enabling Medtronic's Service Center Strategy
- Manage cross-functional programs focused on service center footprint optimization, capability development, process harmonization, cost optimization, and digital enablement
- Develop integrated transformation plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting
- Establish program governance structures and facilitate executive report-outs
- Build business cases and value realization plans
- Lead organizational change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption planning
- Define future-state operating models and transfer or transition roadmaps with regional leaders
- Drive standardization of processes, systems, data models, and performance metrics across service operations
- Implement opportunities to reduce complexity, improve scalability, and optimize cost-to-serve
- Accelerate automation, analytics, AI, and process mining initiatives with Digital, IT, and Operations teams
- Monitor operational, financial, quality, and customer experience outcomes
- Provide executive communications, presentations, and recommendations
- Coach project managers and workstream leaders
- Optimize the global service center network and support site-specific and regional hub strategies
- Lead global service center process and operating procedure harmonization
- Drive productivity, utilization, operating leverage, and cost-reduction programs
- Accelerate deployment of digital tools and transformation capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of relevant experience in program management, business transformation, operations, supply chain, service operations, consulting, or related fields
- 7+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise transformation programs
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment for roles below Principal level
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Prosci, or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience in MedTech, healthcare, manufacturing, supply chain, or service operations environments preferred
- Experience managing complex global initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business functions
- Strong financial acumen, including business case development and value realization tracking
- Demonstrated organizational change and transformation leadership
- Experience with network optimization, operating model redesign, shared services, or service transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM platforms, service management systems, process mining, AI, and digital transformation methodologies
- Experience presenting to executive leadership teams
- For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)
