About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive patient referrals and therapy awareness in targeted geographies
  • Develop relationships with high-prescribing hypertension physicians and community stakeholders
  • Open new accounts in partnership with existing sales teams
  • Promote and educate customers about the Symplicity therapy as a therapy specialist and resource
  • Execute focused outreach strategies in high-potential markets
  • Collaborate with senior Territory Managers to ensure consistent messaging and territory alignment
  • Serve as a consistent touchpoint for physicians and staff
  • Educate providers about therapy benefits and patient pathways
  • Support contract signing and onboarding for new accounts
  • Participate in training programs to build clinical and sales competencies
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity, outreach efforts, and territory performance
  • Adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards
  • Travel frequently within the assigned territory and drive to multiple healthcare accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 10+ years of relevant experience, or Associate’s Degree and 8+ years, or Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years
  • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
  • 6+ years in sales with 2+ years in Cath Lab Sales, Medical Capital Equipment, Surgical Sales, or hospital pharmaceutical sales preferred
  • Ability to teach and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel preferred
  • Demonstrated success in sales hunting, developing new accounts, and driving market penetration for innovative technologies preferred
  • Top 10% past performance or Presidents Club winner preferred
  • Frequent travel within assigned territory
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for 6–8 hours per day
  • Ability to operate a moving vehicle with a valid driver’s license and insurance
  • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment for roles below Principal level
