About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze, develop, and implement long-term supply chain strategies and networks addressing capacity issues and production location decisions
Support execution of new programs and initiatives, including promotional activities, forecasting and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns
Monitor sales and operations planning performance indicators and cost-to-serve performance data
Coordinate cross-functional work teams to improve the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives
Deliver and/or manage assigned projects from design through implementation
Build relationships and consensus with stakeholders to achieve work group objectives
Provide recommendations on process improvements
Communicate with senior internal and external customers and vendors to influence decision-making
Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees
Delegate work and review work products when managing projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Baccalaureate degree, or for degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Alternatively, an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Advanced knowledge of the job area combining breadth and depth
Practical knowledge of project management may be required
Ability to work independently under limited supervision
Ability to coach and review the work of lower-level specialists
Ability to manage projects and processes
Ability to address difficult, complex problems requiring understanding of multiple issues, job areas, or specialties
Ability to communicate with senior internal and external customers and vendors
Specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education and experience
