About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to experienced teams across software development, AI/data science, cloud, quality, DevOps, systems, testing, and firmware engineering
- Design, develop, test, debug, and implement operating system components, software tools, and utilities
- Support development and execution of the organization’s cloud strategy from a technical perspective
- Develop, modify, apply, and maintain standards for software systems quality operating methods, processes, and procedures
- Introduce and maintain processes, tools, and methodologies that support the software development life cycle
- Develop software and tools in support of design, infrastructure, and technology platforms
- Test the functionality and performance of software applications or systems software
- Develop and program integrated software algorithms to structure, analyze, and leverage data in product and system applications.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Working toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering major
- Anticipated graduation date of Winter 2027, Spring 2028, Winter 2028, or Spring 2029
- Ability to participate full time, 40 hours per week
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (Nice to Have)
- Experience with one or more programming languages or technical tools, such as C, C++, C#/.NET, SQL, JavaScript, Java, Python, Swift, HTML/CSS, Microsoft Visual Studio, Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools
- Academic project, internship, research, lab, or work experience related to software development, testing, automation, DevOps, cloud, firmware, systems engineering, AI, data science, or software quality.
- Experience creating technical documentation, project summaries, test reports, code documentation, or engineering presentations.
