Key responsibilities & impact

Provide legal support for the Interventional Cardiology Therapies Business
Collaborate and partner with business leaders regarding business strategy and related legal and compliance issues
Focus on the Business’s digital health portfolio
Advise digital health programs and software development core teams across the product lifecycle
Provide strong commercial legal advice across the larger Interventional Cardiology Therapies Business
Manage and deliver legal advice and counsel to legal, business, function, and regional stakeholders
Help ensure the business receives the legal advice needed to manage cross-functional legal and compliance risks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a nationally accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Admitted to one or more state bars
8+ years of experience as an Attorney
Be a member in good standing of the bar in the state in which the position is based or be eligible to waive into such state bar or otherwise be eligible to practice in such state (e.g., authorized house counsel program)
Demonstrated experience providing legal business advisement on digital health programs, data privacy and protection, and/or software development core teams in a regulated environment
