About the role
- Collaborate across the HR Operating Model to provide exceptional, personalized, prioritized support to key audiences including consultation and guidance across the Employee Life Cycle
- Communicate with customers in a timely manner including delivering complex messages
- Develop effective relationships with stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication
- Coordinate services with the human resource information systems, human resource program managers and technology specialists
- Utilize all applicable sources of data, SMEs, and information to analyse and build holistic, thoughtful end-to-end solution to meet customer needs
- Provide skilled Workday support which may include transaction and reporting queries, data coordination and data analysis
- Execute against Service Delivery measures through SLA/KPIs which ensure program and organizational success
- Contribute to continuous improvement working closely with broader HR Services to achieve solutions / improvements concentrated to improve the customer experience
- Responsible for triaging all requests direct from customers and through HR systems including but not limited to Service Now
Requirements
- Two or more years of relevant experience in AskHR, global HR, talent acquisition, customer service or related areas
- Fluent in English
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Awareness of local laws & regulations
- Experience in handling sensitive/confidential information
- Proven work experience with MS Office applications and internet related technologies
- Strong project and time management skills
- Knowledge in Workday, ServiceNow, Power BI; Strong working HR Knowledge across multiple processes and programs is a distinct advantage
