About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, and maintain custom tools and scripts to support software development, testing, deployment, and maintenance processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, quality assurance, and technical leaders, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing tools and processes, driving innovation and efficiency across the team.
- Generate automated reports and test protocols that provide actionable insights into software performance and quality.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with a minimum of 0 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Medical device software development, IEC- 62304 and FDA guidance in a technical discipline, preferably software related
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Experience working with tools like JIRA, Gitlab, Artifactory, and AWS, including API integration and automation.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Flutter/Dart, Python, C++/ C# or similar languages
- Strong understanding of good documentation practices
- Experience with software version control systems, such as Git
- Experience with Docker and Linux
- Experience with Agile development
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial drive
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
