About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage downstream marketing projects including promotion, market analysis, and commercialization.
- Partner closely with clinical, health economics and reimbursement, and regulatory partners to develop marketing materials for sales execution.
- Leverage market research and develop competitive strategies to grow market share.
- Manage campaign development, execute across channels like paid, social and email.
- Analyze and track key performance metrics to shape strategy.
- Set value propositions and key messaging for assigned products.
- Develop and manage assets, content, and branded materials throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to develop business plans for the designated portfolios.
- Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) as well as emerging thought leaders within the space to enable effective portfolio strategy.
- Lead new product launch activities, including the development of commercial plans and customer segmentation strategies in support of launch objectives.
- Partner with Medical Education and Sales Training counterparts to develop strategy for the existing procedural areas and any adjacent areas.
- Contribute to critical business priorities related to service and supply continuity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, product management, consulting or relevant experience, or Masters’ degree with a minimum of 0 years relevant experience
- Medical device experience
- Experience in Spine/Orthopedic Marketing or Sales
- Understanding of enabling technologies like power, energy, navigation, and robotics
- Experience with medical device service
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
