About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide clinical, technical and product knowledge support to existing and potential customers.
  • Build and maintain solid customer relationships and provide customer training at all levels.
  • Coordinate, support, and collaborate with NRCs and other Surgical Synergy team members for on-site installations with customers.
  • Represent Medtronic during technology-enabled procedures to provide technical assistance.
  • Maintain system hardware and software to maximize system performance.
  • Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel related to technology-enabled procedures.
  • Provide timely information to the district team regarding customer concerns, issues and market opportunities.
  • Continually train members of the Surgical Synergy Clinical Support team to increase their knowledge of technology-enabled procedures.
  • Submit reports and cooperate with personnel on the execution of Company programs.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 6 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience;
  • Associate’s Degree with a minimum 4 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience; or
  • A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
  • RT and/or MRI certification
  • Prior experience with Image Guided Systems
  • Prior experience with MRI
  • Operating room experience
