About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Delivering education and training on the Medtronic Hugo Robotic Assisted Surgery technology, covering the actual surgical indications in General Surgery, Urology and Gynaecology
Delivering technical training and actively supporting laboratory sessions and hands-on workshops
Applying a structured teaching methodology to assess the efficiency and safety levels of trainees
Mastering the ecosystem surrounding robotic surgery, including a solid understanding of surgical equipment and instruments
Collaborating and interacting with the Sales and Clinical teams, Medical Affairs colleagues and surgical proctors to properly prepare and set the expectations of the training programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
+5 years of experience in training, field sales, sales support, clinical or technical role in the medical device or healthcare industry
Medical device experience with Laparoscopic and/or Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies
Clinical and/or operating room experience
Proven experience and/or training mindset
Fluency in German and English
High capacity and excellent problem-solving skills
Design, development, delivery and evaluation of product and procedure based technical education and training using blended learning solutions
Positive mindset, team player with professional work ethic
Willingness to travel 75% of your time
