About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Delivering education and training on the Medtronic Hugo Robotic Assisted Surgery technology, covering the actual surgical indications in General Surgery, Urology and Gynaecology
  • Delivering technical training and actively supporting laboratory sessions and hands-on workshops
  • Applying a structured teaching methodology to assess the efficiency and safety levels of trainees
  • Mastering the ecosystem surrounding robotic surgery, including a solid understanding of surgical equipment and instruments
  • Collaborating and interacting with the Sales and Clinical teams, Medical Affairs colleagues and surgical proctors to properly prepare and set the expectations of the training programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • +5 years of experience in training, field sales, sales support, clinical or technical role in the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Medical device experience with Laparoscopic and/or Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies
  • Clinical and/or operating room experience
  • Proven experience and/or training mindset
  • Fluency in German and English
  • High capacity and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Design, development, delivery and evaluation of product and procedure based technical education and training using blended learning solutions
  • Positive mindset, team player with professional work ethic
  • Willingness to travel 75% of your time
