About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure target achievement by strategically expanding existing customer relationships and actively acquiring new customers within the sales territory.
  • Proactively plan, execute, and continuously improve all commercial activities to achieve sustainable market penetration.
  • Develop and strengthen long-term partnerships with relevant healthcare stakeholders, particularly medical professionals.
  • Provide expert support during surgical procedures, assist with implantations and device programming, and conduct training and follow-up care at selected facilities.
  • Therapy consulting and product expertise: deliver qualified advice to physicians and clinical staff on innovative therapy solutions, particularly in neuromodulation, Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS), and Targeted Drug Delivery (TDD).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed vocational training or degree in a technical or medical field (e.g., biomedical engineering / medical technology)
  • Good anatomical knowledge and strong technical and clinical aptitude
  • Confident, professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a high sense of responsibility
  • Structured, proactive working style with high flexibility, resilience, and a sales orientation
  • Experience with CRM systems and relevant tools, along with strong teamwork and integrity
  • High willingness to travel (approx. 75%), valid driver's license, and excellent German and good English skills.
