About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate on cross-functional development teams in the creation of integration, characterization, and troubleshooting testing, training, and guidance documents.
- Develop expertise in the application of systems engineering principles and identify opportunities for applying systems engineering within work assigned to the team.
- Support marketing, field engineering, technical services, and training and education in technical questions.
- Propose and implement changes to improve systems and/or processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience OR Master’s with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience OR PhD with 3 years of relevant experience
- Advanced understanding of Electrophysiology and comfort in the hospital environment
- Experience in Systems Engineering including defining systems architecture within medical device product development
- Experience with the application of Design Controls for medical devices
- Demonstrated ability to create strategies and influence cross-functionally
