About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide financial analysis to national and regional leadership and develop and implement revenue growth plans in partnership with sales leadership.
  • Prepare quarterly business reviews of national and regional business results and provide actionable guidance to sales management.
  • Support the annual development of area, region, and district quota plans.
  • Provide financial support and analysis to the NVP, AVPs, RSDs, and District Managers in developing robust and accurate revenue and expense forecasts.
  • Manage month-end and quarter-end revenue close activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Evaluate regional and district opportunity pipelines, implant trends, usage trends, and other key metrics to identify opportunities to optimize results.
  • Report and analyze cost of sales and P&L results by area and region; coordinate review meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Support Large Capital and Infuse Bulk tracking, strategy, and forecasting to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Partner with Regional Finance Leads on sales force alignment, performance management, and compensation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the CST Sales Operations team to optimize system tools and reporting capabilities.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly manual compensation adjustments for CST.
  • Lead or support special projects as assigned.
  • Perform all activities in compliance with the local Quality System.
  • Perform duties in compliance with environmental, health, and safety-related site rules, policies, and governmental regulations.
  • Travel domestically up to 20%.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Sales Finance experience
  • Sound analytical skills, ability to manipulate and interpret data for decision making
  • Sales structure experience
  • Expense management
  • Previous experience partnering with sales leadership
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
