About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for sales and clinical support activities in the Swiss Romandie and Bern region
  • Cover the full Neuromodulation portfolio, including Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS), Targeted Drug Delivery (TDD), and Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS)
  • Develop processes and procedures, optimize customer-oriented processes to make them time-efficient
  • Responsible for clinical case support and aftercare for Essential Therapy Accounts and 'Neuro Key Accounts'
  • Monitor surgical procedures within the neuromodulation field
  • Follow the programming of implants, instruction of devices, and patient follow-up care in selected clinics
  • Provide expertise and technical support to doctors and medical staff
  • Plan and coordinate specific support, implement strategic measures, including preparation and realization of new products and product launch
  • Increase appreciation of our therapies, ensuring profitable growth
  • Cooperate with sales and marketing regarding events with customers
  • Implement software updates on programming devices, manage a CRM system aimed at customer data management
  • Meet or exceed personal territory sales target and support team district sales target
  • Prepare sales forecasts, quotations, and contracts, bill material consumption
  • Maintain inventory and customer consignment stock

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed training and studies in the technical or medical field
  • Experience in tools for contract and quotation preparation, CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills tied to personal interaction and technical support
  • Flexibility, ability to work under pressure with a proactive approach and sales affinity
  • Strong sense of duties and of responsibility
  • Good collaboration skills and integrity with a friendly, open and confident personality
  • Fluent in French (written and spoken); business-proficient English required; business-proficient in German (optional)
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned region, including overnight stays.
  • Availability to move and travel within an area that comprehends Romandie and central Switzerland.
  • Valid driving license
