About the role
- Lead the strategic direction and execution of Medtronic’s CST Operating Unit in your assigned country or cluster
- Responsible for full P&L ownership, driving commercial and marketing excellence
- Align cross-functional teams to achieve financial targets and sustainable growth

Requirements
- Requires broad sales, business development and management and leadership knowledge
