About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead deployment of AMRs, cobots, automated cells, and vision inspection systems
- Own execution from Concept, Feasibility, Design, FAT/SAT, Validation, and production release
- Guide development of automation architectures and reusable solutions
- Manage regional automation portfolio, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and site engineering teams
- Champion standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree required in Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of managerial experience
- 12+ years of engineering experience preferred
- Strong experience in automation systems (AMRs, cobots, cells, vision systems)
- Project and program management of capital equipment
- Experience with validation lifecycle (IQ/OQ/PQ) in regulated industries
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification preferred
