About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead deployment of AMRs, cobots, automated cells, and vision inspection systems
  • Own execution from Concept, Feasibility, Design, FAT/SAT, Validation, and production release
  • Guide development of automation architectures and reusable solutions
  • Manage regional automation portfolio, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and site engineering teams
  • Champion standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree required in Engineering
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of managerial experience
  • 12+ years of engineering experience preferred
  • Strong experience in automation systems (AMRs, cobots, cells, vision systems)
  • Project and program management of capital equipment
  • Experience with validation lifecycle (IQ/OQ/PQ) in regulated industries
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification preferred
