About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 8 contract analysts
  • Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, redlining, negotiation support, execution, and administration
  • Partner with Sales teams to translate negotiated deal terms into structured, customer-ready contracts
  • Review contract terms for alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
  • Support proposal preparation, bid development, and contract negotiation
  • Evaluate pricing, delivery schedules, and performance requirements for accuracy and completeness
  • Advise internal stakeholders on contractual risks, obligations, and rights
  • Maintain and analyze contract data and documentation for decision-making and historical tracking
  • Drive process consistency and identify continuous improvement opportunities in contracting workflows
  • Establish team priorities and align execution with departmental and business objectives
  • Support team members with complex contracting scenarios and stakeholder interactions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in contracting, legal operations, commercial operations, or a related field; 3+ years with an advanced degree
  • Experience supporting or leading contract development and negotiation processes
  • Ability to lead, mentor, or influence others
  • Experience with contract drafting, redlining, and deal structuring
  • Familiarity with CPQ tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce and/or Excel-based processes
  • Exposure to pricing, quoting, or commercial analytics
  • Continuous improvement experience, such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment for roles below Principal level
