About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships to increase market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, physicians, OR staff, procurement and other hospital administrators
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals and physicians to ensure the effective and safe use of our capital equipment and consumables
  • Continuously monitor and communicate the latest developments, competitive activities and industry trends
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to support strategic planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development and Customer Service
  • Strong customer and service orientation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years' experience selling complex medical devices, preferably in ENT (ear, nose & throat) or another medical/technical environment
  • Completed vocational training in a commercial or medical field, or a bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Business, Healthcare, or similar
  • Independent, goal-oriented and proactive working style
  • Willingness to conduct daily customer visits and to undertake overnight/extensive travel within the sales territory (minimum 80% travel)
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
