About the role
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand and solve business problems
- Build insights and analytics while providing subject matter expertise, technical knowledge, and analytic product ownership
- Create user workflows analytics and insights and bring them to life
- Support the Global Operations & Supply Chain (GO&SC) organization
- Contribute to the building of GO&SC INSIGHTS to drive best-in-class practices and tools for the Global Supply Chain organization
- Work hand in hand with the Analytics Development Team and the Data Engineering Team to manage the creation and deployment of solutions that simplify our customers processes and generate insights that align with our customers goals
- Provide excellent customer service in a way that helps our stakeholders perform at their very best
- Seek out best practices, educate our stakeholders, and be an agent of change within the organization to educate and drive data-based decisions and workflows for our stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations Analytics or Advanced Degree with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting Supply Chain Planning and/or Deliver functions
- Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform
- Ability to influence decisions and drive projects to completion
- SQL or Snowflake Developer
- Developer experience with Power BI or Power Apps
- Power Automate experience
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience in a regulated environment like Medical Device, etc.
- Ability to travel occasionally (once/twice per year)
