About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic leadership in the design and development of medical education curricula supporting therapeutic portfolio
Own curriculum strategy, learning architecture, and content standards
Partner closely with Medical Affairs, global marketing, and other stakeholders
Develop multi‑year curriculum roadmaps supporting product launches
Identify and prioritize education gaps using field insights and data
Influence education strategy through thought leadership and recommendations
Lead development of standardized, reusable, and compliant medical education content

Collaborate with Medical Affairs, clinical experts, and physician faculty

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience supporting physician engagement programs, medical education initiatives, or professional society partnerships
Prior experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or clinical research organizations
Experience with event logistics management, including conference coordination and meeting planning
Familiarity with grant management processes related to educational programs
Strong organizational and project coordination skills in a cross‑functional environment
Knowledge of compliance considerations related to healthcare professional interactions.
