About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting physician engagement programs, medical education initiatives, or professional society partnerships
  • Prior experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or clinical research organizations
  • Experience with event logistics management, including conference coordination and meeting planning
  • Familiarity with grant management processes related to educational programs
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills in a cross‑functional environment
  • Knowledge of compliance considerations related to healthcare professional interactions.
