About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic leadership in the design and development of medical education curricula supporting therapeutic portfolio
- Own curriculum strategy, learning architecture, and content standards
- Partner closely with Medical Affairs, global marketing, and other stakeholders
- Develop multi‑year curriculum roadmaps supporting product launches
- Identify and prioritize education gaps using field insights and data
- Influence education strategy through thought leadership and recommendations
- Lead development of standardized, reusable, and compliant medical education content
- Establish content standards and best practices
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, clinical experts, and physician faculty
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience supporting physician engagement programs, medical education initiatives, or professional society partnerships
- Prior experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or clinical research organizations
- Experience with event logistics management, including conference coordination and meeting planning
- Familiarity with grant management processes related to educational programs
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills in a cross‑functional environment
- Knowledge of compliance considerations related to healthcare professional interactions.
