About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide high-level technical support across the entire CRM/CDS portfolio
  • Provide technical support before, during and after implant procedures
  • Support clinical teams in the catheterization lab and operating room
  • Collaborate closely with TC teams and TC managers to ensure implant coverage and patient follow-up
  • Provide technical expertise through product demonstrations and clinical discussions
  • Build lasting relationships with decision-makers and key customers
  • Ensure product use complies with clinical and regulatory recommendations
  • Support marketing and sales teams during new product and therapy launches
  • Complete administrative tasks and reporting related to field activities
