About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-level technical support across the entire CRM/CDS portfolio
- Provide technical support before, during and after implant procedures
- Support clinical teams in the catheterization lab and operating room
- Collaborate closely with TC teams and TC managers to ensure implant coverage and patient follow-up
- Provide technical expertise through product demonstrations and clinical discussions
- Build lasting relationships with decision-makers and key customers
- Ensure product use complies with clinical and regulatory recommendations
- Support marketing and sales teams during new product and therapy launches
- Complete administrative tasks and reporting related to field activities
