About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing programs to support the launch, promotion, and lifecycle management of medical device products.
  • Guide product planning, launches, management, market development, and research by identifying customer needs and business opportunities to bring products from concept to market.
  • Partner with global and local teams to identify marketing opportunities, manage projects through to completion, and coordinate regional activities to strengthen collaboration and build partnerships.
  • Coordinate trade shows, website initiatives, e-commerce strategies, and campaign tracking to evaluate results and recommend future marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive product adoption and implement marketing strategies tailored to the diverse market dynamics of Latin America.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities, and collaborate with clinical, education, and sales teams to deliver training and content that support proper product use.
  • Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance brand presence and track campaign performance, implementing data-driven optimizations.
  • Manage marketing program budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and alignment with business objectives.
  • Direct coordination with commercial teams and functional areas on strategic marketing and sales initiatives across subregions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, strategic planning and life cycle management, including launching products and innovative technologies
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish are required (reading, writing and speaking)
  • Proven experience in the healthcare or medical device industry with knowledge of Latin American regulatory and compliance standards
  • Demonstrated ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence decision-making in a matrixed environment
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is a nice to have.
