About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure target achievement by strategically expanding existing customer relationships and actively acquiring new customers within the sales territory.
Proactively plan, implement, and continuously develop all commercial activities to achieve sustainable market penetration.
Develop and strengthen long-term partnerships with relevant healthcare stakeholders, particularly clinical staff.
Provide expert support during surgical procedures, assist with implantations and device programming, and conduct training and follow-up care at selected facilities.
Therapy consultation and product expertise.
Provide qualified consultation to physicians and clinical staff on innovative therapy solutions, especially in the areas of Neuromodulation, Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS), and Targeted Drug Delivery (TDD).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training or degree in a technical or medical field (e.g., biomedical engineering)
Good anatomical knowledge and a strong technical and medical aptitude
Confident, professional demeanour with excellent communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
Structured, proactive working style with high flexibility, resilience, and a sales-oriented mindset
Experience using CRM systems and relevant tools, strong team orientation, and integrity
Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 75%), valid driving licence, and excellent German and good English language skills.
