About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead OEE and SPC deployment across manufacturing lines and processes
- Drive improvements in manufacturing performance, quality, and efficiency using a systems-based approach
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, implement, and sustain operational improvements
- Coach teams on OEE and SPC methodologies, KPI standards, and continuous improvement practices
- Support process design, equipment optimization, and production readiness to meet business and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and consultants to deliver implementation milestones
- Provide onsite leadership, including Hypercare support, to ensure adoption, data accuracy, and long-term sustainability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of Operations, Manufacturing or Quality experience OR Master’s Degree with 5+ years OR PhD with 3+ years
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Experience deploying OEE/SPC projects
- Experience with Continuous Improvement
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
