About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide leadership and direction to RPM Project Managers and Operations team members ensuring the implementation of tactical and strategic activities supporting the ICT RPM Portfolio
  • Lead, grow and motivate a highly talented, diverse, world-class performance RPM team
  • Direct, develop, and coach the RPM team including project managers that lead projects and operations team members on projects consisting of direct reports through effective leadership
  • Attract and retain talent in line with business need
  • Ensure that the RPM team are motivated and engaged through the process of regular coaching and performance acceleration
  • Help identify and support functional initiatives to develop best practices for the team
  • Collaborate with RPM project teams to establish objectives and evaluates progress of direct reports and the RPM team
  • Generate novel and unique solutions to both project and organizational challenges
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management and establish governance processes for communication and escalation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Third Level 8 Degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience
  • Excellent team building, communication, people management and leadership skills
  • Strong proven track record in project management in a regulated environment
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability and experience with lean/six sigma tools
  • Dynamic team player and leader and can work effectively and proactively on cross functional global teams
  • Good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm and motivation and ability to develop warm cross functional relationships
  • Displays Excellent communication and presentation skills.
