About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide leadership and direction to RPM Project Managers and Operations team members ensuring the implementation of tactical and strategic activities supporting the ICT RPM Portfolio
Lead, grow and motivate a highly talented, diverse, world-class performance RPM team
Direct, develop, and coach the RPM team including project managers that lead projects and operations team members on projects consisting of direct reports through effective leadership
Attract and retain talent in line with business need
Ensure that the RPM team are motivated and engaged through the process of regular coaching and performance acceleration
Help identify and support functional initiatives to develop best practices for the team
Collaborate with RPM project teams to establish objectives and evaluates progress of direct reports and the RPM team
Generate novel and unique solutions to both project and organizational challenges
Ensure effective stakeholder management and establish governance processes for communication and escalation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Third Level 8 Degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or related discipline
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience
Excellent team building, communication, people management and leadership skills
Strong proven track record in project management in a regulated environment
Demonstrated problem solving ability and experience with lean/six sigma tools
Dynamic team player and leader and can work effectively and proactively on cross functional global teams
Good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm and motivation and ability to develop warm cross functional relationships
Displays Excellent communication and presentation skills.
