About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide clinical, technical and product knowledge support to existing and potential customers
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships and provides customer training at all levels
- Coordinate, support, and collaborate with NRCs and other Surgical Synergy team members for on-site installations with our customers
- Represent Medtronic during technology-enabled procedures to provide technical assistance
- Maintain system hardware and software to maximize system performance
- Install software and hardware upgrades
- Perform system preventative maintenance
- Provide telephone clinical support to customers
- Act as the primary Medtronic customer liaison for repair and technical support issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED AND minimum of 6 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
- Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience
- RT and/or MRI certification
- Prior experience with Image Guided Systems
- Prior experience with MRI Operating room experience
