Senior Product Specialist
MedtronicSenior Product Specialist responsible for the strategy and execution of Medtronic’s Cranial & Spine Technologies. Leading cross-functional teams and ensuring product value across the ecosystem.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and drive a clear, integrated strategy and vision across AiBLE, UNiD and Biologics
- Translate customer insights, market dynamics and competitive intelligence into actionable product direction
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution, including launches, campaigns and sales enablement
- Build and operationalize clinical, economic and portfolio value propositions
- Provide strategic input into pricing, contracting and market access decisions
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution across Marketing, Medical, R&D, Education, Supply Chain and Finance
- Monitor business performance and lead continuous optimization actions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience in commercial roles within MedTech, including product management, strategic marketing and/or sales
- Mandatory experience in Spine and/or Enabling Technologies (e.g., navigation, robotics, digital solutions or connected ecosystems)
- Experience in product marketing, product management, or strategically focused sales roles
- Strong ability to translate clinical, technical and commercial inputs into clear value propositions
- Proven experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Fluency in English with strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
