About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Primary strategic & business partner to the VP of Global Marketing and his respective marketing organization
  • Helping manage all facets of both Upstream & Downstream marketing
  • Manages Product Hierarchies and Global Market Share along with Marketing Analytics team
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Pricing & Finance on strategic Margin & Pricing initiatives
  • Key stakeholder in new product launches and market / therapy opportunities & prioritization including NPV and market analytics
  • May also support due diligence & integration for any future acquisitions
  • Oversees Global Strat Plan revenue and Control (market) submissions
  • Key contributor to IBP, related supply / demand allocations, and inventory matters such as product lifecycle management and rationalization
  • Perform forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and annual planning in support of key financial processes and business deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (Or Advanced Degree with 5+ years)
  • BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Positive attitude, with a high degree of initiative and accountability
  • Motivated to work independently with limited manager oversight
  • Preference is for position to be based onsite in MN
  • MBA/CPA
  • Experience with MDT financial/reporting systems (SAP, Hyperion, CMR, SPEND, BOXI)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
