About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Primary strategic & business partner to the VP of Global Marketing and his respective marketing organization
Helping manage all facets of both Upstream & Downstream marketing
Manages Product Hierarchies and Global Market Share along with Marketing Analytics team
Collaborate with Marketing, Pricing & Finance on strategic Margin & Pricing initiatives
Key stakeholder in new product launches and market / therapy opportunities & prioritization including NPV and market analytics
May also support due diligence & integration for any future acquisitions
Oversees Global Strat Plan revenue and Control (market) submissions
Key contributor to IBP, related supply / demand allocations, and inventory matters such as product lifecycle management and rationalization
Perform forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and annual planning in support of key financial processes and business deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (Or Advanced Degree with 5+ years)
BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong business acumen
Positive attitude, with a high degree of initiative and accountability
Motivated to work independently with limited manager oversight
Preference is for position to be based onsite in MN
MBA/CPA
Experience with MDT financial/reporting systems (SAP, Hyperion, CMR, SPEND, BOXI)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
