Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a global response function into the future with the focus on being the responsive function at Medtronic.
Build a world-leading response program that protects the safety and security of our people and assets – regardless of location or time of day.
Clearly define response operating procedures to ensure Medtronic responds to incidents in One Best Way – consistently, globally.
Ensure thresholds are in place for the escalation of incidents to crises – again, ensuring Medtronic is as responsive as possible to global events.
Manage security vendors through a rigorous model; define service level agreements (SLAs) and hold partners accountable.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10+ years of experience in program management, operations, or workplace services within a large-scale corporate environment and 7+ years of managerial experience, OR an advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, operations, or workplace services within a large-scale corporate environment and 7+ years of managerial experience.
Demonstrated experience managing 24x7 incident response and managing executive-level crisis response.
Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational transformations.
Ability to influence and earn trust with a diverse set of stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Must maintain a current and valid Passport, with the ability to travel internationally up to 20%.
