Key responsibilities & impact

Provide financial leadership to grow the business and drive profitability
Lead the financial planning and analysis activities for Endoscopy Operating Unit (OU)
Closely interact with OU President and CFO to determine optimal capital allocation of Portfolio funding
Deliver recap of financial performance and provide support for executive presentations
Generate forecasts and analyze P&L, Balance Sheet and market trends
Interpret and analyze actual financial performance versus plan or forecast
Lead and oversee FP&A staff driving process improvement
Work with OU CFO to ensure achievement of financial commitments
Structure business information on a global basis
Develop innovative alternatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience
Nice to Have MBA and financial systems implementation experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills
Successful track record of supervising a diverse financial team
