About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and implement Sales Strategy around Spine & Bio Portfolio in Central Italy
  • Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction across Spine portfolio
  • Identify growth opportunities across public and private hospitals in the district
  • Conduct regular field visits, including operating room support when appropriate
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with spine surgeons, neurosurgeons, orthopedic surgeons, and hospital management
  • Support complex negotiations and key account development with District Manager
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3/5 years of experience in the biomedical devices market, preferably in Neurosurgery and Spine Surgery
  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably Biomedical Engineering
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Proven experience in medical device sales, preferably in Spine, Orthopedics, or Neurosurgery
  • Strong knowledge of the Italian healthcare system, especially Central Italy regional dynamics
  • Solid analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for strategic decisions
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in Italian and English
