About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Grow sales and market share for an assigned territory by promoting, selling and servicing Superficial Venous Intervention (SVI) products
- Build business by developing new accounts and driving therapy adoption of VenaSeal and Closure System product portfolio
- Train medical staff on products and procedures
- Meet expectations as defined by Sales Management
- Consistently meet and exceed sales budget and account development targets
- Identify opportunities within customer base and develop sales strategies
- Ensure maximum coverage of all accounts within territory
- Maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers, and their staff
- Represent company at industry conferences and maximize potential by targeting specific customers
- Conducts all business with customers adhering to ethics & compliance guidelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience
- Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- 4+ years of B2B or medical device sales preferred
- Knowledge & experience in operating room, hospital & physician office protocol/conduct
- Ability to teach & educate medical personnel, peers & technical support personnel
- Top 10% past performance; President’s Club winner
- Knowledge and Skills: Excellent verbal and listening skills
- Computer PC literate
- Must be willing to travel, some overnight travel potentially required
