About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Grow sales and market share for an assigned territory by promoting, selling and servicing Superficial Venous Intervention (SVI) products
  • Build business by developing new accounts and driving therapy adoption of VenaSeal and Closure System product portfolio
  • Train medical staff on products and procedures
  • Meet expectations as defined by Sales Management
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales budget and account development targets
  • Identify opportunities within customer base and develop sales strategies
  • Ensure maximum coverage of all accounts within territory
  • Maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers, and their staff
  • Represent company at industry conferences and maximize potential by targeting specific customers
  • Conducts all business with customers adhering to ethics & compliance guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience
  • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
  • 4+ years of B2B or medical device sales preferred
  • Knowledge & experience in operating room, hospital & physician office protocol/conduct
  • Ability to teach & educate medical personnel, peers & technical support personnel
  • Top 10% past performance; President’s Club winner
  • Knowledge and Skills: Excellent verbal and listening skills
  • Computer PC literate
  • Must be willing to travel, some overnight travel potentially required
