About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive revenue growth, sales targets, and market share expansion across the CRM/CAS portfolio.
- Set, monitor, and deliver annual, quarterly, and monthly sales objectives through effective territory planning and execution.
- Manage and optimize distributor performance through business planning, target setting, regular business reviews, performance monitoring, and corrective action plans.
- Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and pipeline reviews to ensure product availability and forecast accuracy.
- Develop and execute territory growth plans, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategic initiatives to increase adoption of Electrophysiology therapies and technologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospital management, procurement stakeholders, and distributor leadership teams.
- Support customer engagement activities, congress participation, physician education initiatives, and market development programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, supply chain, regulatory, reimbursement, and clinical teams to ensure successful business execution.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies within the Electrophysiology space.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of commercial experience within medical devices (CRM/CAS).
- Proven track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong experience working with distributor-led business models, territory management, forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive business performance without direct authority.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and matrix organization.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across assigned markets.
- Experience in Electrophysiology, Cardiac Rhythm Management, Cardiac Ablation Solutions, or other cardiovascular therapies.
