Senior Sales Representative – Structural Heart, Aortic
MedtronicSenior Sales Representative supporting Structural Heart & Aortic business growth at Medtronic. Responsible for driving revenue, managing distributor performance, and supporting commercial execution across assigned indirect markets.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive revenue growth, sales targets, and market share expansion across the SH&A portfolio.
- Provide appropriate support for TAVI, Structural Heart, and Aortic procedures, partnering with physicians and clinical teams.
- Manage and optimize distributor performance through business planning, target setting, and performance monitoring.
- Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and pipeline reviews.
- Develop and execute territory growth plans, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategic initiatives to increase adoption of Structural Heart and Aortic therapies and technologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospital management, and procurement stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, supply chain, regulatory, reimbursement, and clinical teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of commercial and technical experience in structural heart (TAVI)
- Proven track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong experience working with distributor-led business models, territory management, forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive business performance without direct authority.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and matrix organization.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across assigned markets.
