About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive revenue growth, sales targets, and market share expansion across the SH&A portfolio.
  • Provide appropriate support for TAVI, Structural Heart, and Aortic procedures, partnering with physicians and clinical teams.
  • Manage and optimize distributor performance through business planning, target setting, and performance monitoring.
  • Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and pipeline reviews.
  • Develop and execute territory growth plans, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategic initiatives to increase adoption of Structural Heart and Aortic therapies and technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospital management, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, supply chain, regulatory, reimbursement, and clinical teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of commercial and technical experience in structural heart (TAVI)
  • Proven track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong experience working with distributor-led business models, territory management, forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive business performance without direct authority.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and matrix organization.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across assigned markets.
