Business Manager – Interventional Therapies

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive revenue growth, sales targets, and market share expansion across the Interventional Therapies portfolio.
- Set, monitor, and deliver annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets with strong execution discipline.
- Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management to ensure optimal stock availability and business continuity.
- Manage and optimize distributor performance through objective setting, business reviews, performance monitoring, and corrective action plans.
- Develop and execute pricing, commercial, and go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), key customers, healthcare institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategic growth initiatives to expand business performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure business success.
- Provide regular business updates, revenue reports, forecasting insights, and performance reviews to regional leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of commercial leadership experience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare industries.
- Proven track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong experience in distributor-led business models, commercial strategy, forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and matrix organization.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Experience in cardiovascular therapies, interventional therapies, or specialty medical device businesses.
- Experience managing complex healthcare stakeholder environments and KOL engagement.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is considered an advantage.
