About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Attend all assigned trainings and complete required training protocols
- Maintain, manage, and track consignment and loaner inventory
- Provide territory case coverage and support surgical procedures
- Prepare and submit required documentation to the District Sales Manager
- Support sales efforts by soliciting orders from current and prospective customers
- Identify and pursue new customer opportunities in alignment with direction from the District Sales Manager
- Address customer concerns in accordance with Medtronic CST policies and escalate issues as appropriate
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, trainings, and industry events as directed
- Identify selling opportunities and collaborate with the team to drive growth within assigned accounts
- Ensure compliance with all Medtronic CST policies and procedures
- Maintain flexibility to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences;
- Associates Degree AND 2+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences;
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Medical or B2B Sales Experience
- Ability to work in an operating room setting
- Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Travel is required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy.
