About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the planning and execution of product phase out activity, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure key deliverables are met to achieve phase out targets.
- Liaise with commercial leads to understand the end to end lifecycle strategy for a portfolio and then execute the phase out activity for identified products.
- Collaborate with Cross functional teams to ensure full phase out activity is complete both physically and in the system.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying and mitigating any issues or risks that may arise.
- Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for key business processes.
- Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience leading projects/ programs or supporting a business with process improvements or Supply Chain planning / program management experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years listed experience
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
- Experience with surgical technology or other medical devices
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, including scope, budget, timelines, and risk management
- Strong Excel and data management skills, with the ability to build and maintain accurate spreadsheets, validate data, and produce clear, actionable reports. (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts)
- Experience working with cross functional global teams
- Experience in Supply Chain, Commercial, or Engineering projects
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
