About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Attend all assigned trainings and complete required training protocols
  • Maintain, manage, and track consignment and loaner inventory
  • Provide territory case coverage and support surgical procedures
  • Prepare and submit required documentation to the District Sales Manager
  • Support sales efforts by soliciting orders from current and prospective customers
  • Identify and pursue new customer opportunities in alignment with direction from the District Sales Manager
  • Address customer concerns in accordance with Medtronic CST policies and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, trainings, and industry events as directed
  • Identify selling opportunities and collaborate with the team to drive growth within assigned accounts
  • Ensure compliance with all Medtronic CST policies and procedures
  • Maintain flexibility to support business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences OR Associates Degree AND 2+ years relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences OR Bachelor’s Degree
  • Medical or B2B Sales Experience
  • Ability to work in an operating room setting
  • Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
