About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive patient referrals and therapy awareness in targeted geographies
- Develop deep relationships with high-prescribing hypertension physicians and community stakeholders
- Support territory activation by opening new accounts in partnership with existing sales teams
- Promote and educate of the Symplicity therapy, acting as a therapy specialist and resource
- Execute focused outreach strategies in “hot” markets with high patient potential
- Collaborate with senior territory managers to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across the territory
- Serve as a consistent touchpoint for physicians and staff, building trust and credibility
- Educate and equip providers with therapy benefits and pathways that improve patient outcomes
- Support contract signing and onboarding processes for new accounts
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to build clinical and sales competencies
- Maintain accurate records of account activity, outreach efforts, and territory performance
- Adhere to all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 10+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 8+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years experience
- 6+ years in Sales with 2+ years in Cath Lab Sales/Medical Capital Equipment/Surgical Sales/and in hospital pharmaceutical sales
- Ability to teach & educate medical personnel, peers & technical support personnel
- Demonstrated success in sales hunting and developing new accounts, driving market penetration for innovative technologies
- Frequent travel within assigned territory
- Valid driver's license
