About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive patient referrals and therapy awareness in targeted geographies
  • Develop deep relationships with high-prescribing hypertension physicians and community stakeholders
  • Support territory activation by opening new accounts in partnership with existing sales teams
  • Promote and educate of the Symplicity therapy, acting as a therapy specialist and resource
  • Execute focused outreach strategies in “hot” markets with high patient potential
  • Collaborate with senior territory managers to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across the territory
  • Serve as a consistent touchpoint for physicians and staff, building trust and credibility
  • Educate and equip providers with therapy benefits and pathways that improve patient outcomes
  • Support contract signing and onboarding processes for new accounts
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to build clinical and sales competencies
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity, outreach efforts, and territory performance
  • Adhere to all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 10+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 8+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years experience
  • 6+ years in Sales with 2+ years in Cath Lab Sales/Medical Capital Equipment/Surgical Sales/and in hospital pharmaceutical sales
  • Ability to teach & educate medical personnel, peers & technical support personnel
  • Demonstrated success in sales hunting and developing new accounts, driving market penetration for innovative technologies
  • Frequent travel within assigned territory
  • Valid driver's license
