About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Building relationships with target customers, understanding their needs and priorities, and collaborating with the local field sales team to identify new business opportunities
Engaging with IT stakeholders in hospitals, building relationships with target customers, understanding their needs and priorities, clarifying and resolving any technical issues, and creating a plan for technical implementation with the MDT field team
Implementing digital solutions (hardware, software, connectivity, and integration into the customer's workflow) on-site at customer locations
Identifying implementation obstacles, proposing hardware/software workarounds, and deploying customized solutions on-site
Validating installed solutions: connectivity testing, print testing, data sharing testing, etc.
Advising customers on product-specific topics such as product features, workflow optimization, data integration, data protection, and cybersecurity
Conducting product trainings and device orientations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong communication and presentation skills when interacting with clinical staff and IT departments
Vocational training or degree in IT, biomedical engineering, health sciences, or an equivalent qualification, or clinical personnel with a strong affinity for medical technology/IT
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure as well as security and data protection requirements in regulated environments
High degree of self-organization and ability to work independently
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Fluent German and English skills
Driving license Class B and approx. 80% willingness to travel.
