About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support development of global and U.S. marketing plans that help meet business goals.
- Assist in crafting product messaging and positioning for physician audiences.
- Take ownership of competitive messaging: monitor competitive activity, coordinate mitigation strategies, and develop supporting tools and materials.
- Contribute ideas to new approaches for marketing opportunities, campaigns, and tactics.
- Provide project support including work plans, timelines, and metrics in alignment with team strategies.
- Support physician discussions and help capture feedback to incorporate into team initiatives.
- Assist in ensuring the “voice of the customer” is considered in projects and deliverables.
- Contribute to customer engagement activities including conferences, regional programs, and account visits.
- Work with regional marketing peers to help align on global strategies, tools, and priorities.
- Support senior management and internal stakeholders with reports, content, and presentations related to marketing initiatives.
- Provide sales & marketing teams with tools and training support for product launches and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support key elements of marketing and launch planning (e.g., market research, supply forecasting, R&D updates, evidence communication).
- Ability to travel up to 25% within the U.S. and internationally.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of marketing, sales, sales support or technical experience (2 years with Advanced Degree)
- Product launch or product or program management experience
- MBA (Nice to Have)
- Technical aptitude and/or experience in clinical environment would be ideal
- Sales orientation or exposure to working with a high performing salesforce is very helpful
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing plans across geographies, product lines, and customer types is also desired
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
