About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborates with key stakeholders to coordinate, develop and execute clinical strategies.
Drive execution of key CAS initiatives to achieve Group, OU and Regional level goals.
Maximize regional personnel performance by managing, developing and motivating clinical support employees.
Lead all regional clinical support related activities and programs.
Partner with sales team to drive key clinical support initiatives.
Assist employees with goal setting, performance reviews, and individual development planning.
Understand national, regional and territory sales objectives.
Ensure efficient, effective use of inventory, expenses and assets.
Represents Medtronic CAS during ablations procedures to provide clinical guidance, technical assistance, and customer engagement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience within Electrophysiology (sales, clinical, etc.)
Management experience (sales, clinical, training, etc.)
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
