Senior Manager, Capital Equipment and Service Solutions

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the strategic direction, execution, and lifecycle management of the capital equipment portfolio within the Central Cluster.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize pricing, reimbursement, and go-to-market strategies for capital equipment.
- Develop and implement the overall strategy for the capital equipment portfolio.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of capital products, from market analysis and product development to commercialization and end-of-life management.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Drive portfolio profitability, forecasting, and P&L management, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospital executives, and industry partners.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: University Master's degree
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in the medical devices industry
- People Management: Experience and strong track record in leading winning teams and developing talents.
- Technical & Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of capital equipment technology, healthcare economics, and sales strategies
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data, market research, and financial reports to make informed decisions
- Communication & Influence: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
