About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage telephone sales of selected medical devices to existing and new customers, including product presentations via video conferencing in your region
- Maintain customer contacts such as hospitals and medical practices and provide professional advice and support to decision-makers in clinics
- Proactively support customers by telephone
- Build and maintain a Connect.Me communication layer
- Conduct market, competitor and order analyses as well as analyze customer behavior
- Execute e-marketing activities to support sales
- Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in internal or external sales, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Background in a hospital environment is an advantage
- Passion for sales and building customer relationships
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
- Excellent ability to identify and respond to customer needs
- Team player who enjoys collaboration
- Business-level German and good command of English
