Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain trusted partnerships with key decision-makers within GPOs
Position Medtronic offerings effectively within GPO frameworks
Monitor market trends, procurement changes, regulatory developments, and policies affecting GPOs
Analyze purchasing data, tender consumption, and market dynamics for actionable insights
Collaborate with internal teams for tailored value propositions
Develop and execute complex contract negotiations with GPOs
Implement efficient processes for tracking and optimizing contract performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 to 7+ years of experience in market access, health economics, strategic account management, business development, consultancy, project management or procurement strategy
Understanding of healthcare procurement practices and processes, group purchasing dynamics, and public health authority frameworks
Proven track record in contract negotiation and account management with large healthcare entities or purchasing organizations
Demonstrated ability to manage strategic initiatives from idea generation to measurable outcomes with proficiency in program management
Experience working in diverse, international environments
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English, proficiency in other regional language(s) will be an additional benefit
Experience using SFDC and/or similar CRM tools
