About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver clinical, technical, and sales support to surgeons, hospital staff, and sales representatives
  • Helping design patient-specific implants and drive post-operative data analytics
  • Utilize proprietary software to perform clinical X-ray measurements
  • Simulate surgical corrections based on the surgeon’s case plan and preferences
  • Design patient-specific implants aligned with planned corrections
  • Deliver real-time measurement and planning support for high-volume sites
  • Collect post-operative data and develop detailed outcome analyses
  • Review and discuss surgical plans with surgeons and their teams
  • Partner with hospital staff and sales representatives to coordinate and manage cases
  • Provide technical support in the operating room, as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Biology or Biotechnology
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience, OR
  • Advance degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Biology or Biotechnology with minimum of 0 years of experience
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering
  • Prior experience in spine or related clinical applications preferred
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
