About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver clinical, technical, and sales support to surgeons, hospital staff, and sales representatives
Helping design patient-specific implants and drive post-operative data analytics
Utilize proprietary software to perform clinical X-ray measurements
Simulate surgical corrections based on the surgeon’s case plan and preferences
Design patient-specific implants aligned with planned corrections
Deliver real-time measurement and planning support for high-volume sites
Collect post-operative data and develop detailed outcome analyses
Review and discuss surgical plans with surgeons and their teams
Partner with hospital staff and sales representatives to coordinate and manage cases
Provide technical support in the operating room, as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Biology or Biotechnology
Minimum of 2 years of experience, OR
Advance degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Biology or Biotechnology with minimum of 0 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering
Prior experience in spine or related clinical applications preferred
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
