About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Promote and sell Medtronic's Cranial & Spinal Technologies Biologics products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead the development and communication of Medtronic’s Biologics strategy to increase exposure and adoption across targeted institutions.
  • Investigate customer unmet needs related to fusion success, outcomes, efficiency, and cost through strong, trusted customer relationships.
  • Assess customer needs and feedback regarding new products and/or modifications to existing products and implement feedback.
  • Build a strong Medtronic brand and relationship at the Clinician, Administrator and C‑Suite level while supporting the local sales teams.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Medtronic enterprise capabilities to help customers optimize clinical outcomes, consistency, and total cost of care.
  • Achieve fiscal year AOP targets and consistently grow biologics revenue in targeted accounts at a rate exceeding the national average.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences;
  • Associates Degree and 6+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences;
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
  • Strong understanding of Spine procedural workflows, operating room dynamics, and healthcare economics.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced field environment.
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
